Chicken chicharrón recipe

Cut the chicken into small pieces (2cm by 2cm.).

2 eggs
flour
1 Chinese cinnamon spoon
salt

2. Apart beating the whites, once they are about to snow, add the yolks and mix.

3. Add the flour, until half thick, then the Chinese cinnamon, and salt to taste.

4. Empty on the chicken pieces and mix well.

5. Fry in very hot oil, until golden. Prepare in a small bowl, the juice of two lemons, salt and pepper to taste.

6. When serving, the chicken piece is wet in this preparation, and eat.

7. It is served with white rice, well grained.
