4. When the Magret is well brown, we pour into the pan a tablespoon of orange jam, we brown the duck with the jam (which we will see how little by little it is making caramel) insisting that the jam penetrates well between cut and cut.
5. Once the Magret with the jam, we remove it from the heat and place it to taste.
6. It is a facÃl and curious recipe. I discovered it at home trying to prepare orange duck.
