Breast recipe in coconut sauce

Ingredients to make breast in coconut sauce:
1 o 2 chicken breast
2 tomatoes
1 small red pepper
1 small green pepper
50 gr. of grated coconut
ground chili
salt
pepper

2. Peel the onions, cut them into 4 and separate the segments. The peppers, remove the ribs and cut into a fine julienne.





3. heat a little oil or butter in a pan and brown the chicken breasts on both sides.





4. Remove the dams and in the same pan bleach the vegetables, over high heat.





5. season with salt, newly ground black pepper and mix.





6. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into 4 and add them. Contice with ground chili.





7. Add the chicken breast and a cup of water (or bird broth if we prefer). Take, lower the heat and let cook for approximately 20 minutes, taking care that the vegetables do not burn if the sauce thickens.





8. Incorporate the grated coconut, mix and leave a few more minutes.





9. Serve very hot and enjoy!
