Brave chicken breast recipe on your juice

We fell on the garlic together with the salt in a mortar until it is like a paste. We add the spices and go back. We incorporate the lemon juice, the oil and mix well to integrate all the ingredients.

Ingredients to make branched chicken breast in your juice:
3 chicken breasts of 350 gr each
2 c/ of salt
3 cloves of garlic
1 c/ of spice mixture: thyme, oregano, rosemary, pepper pepper, in equal parts more or less.
Half lemon juice
75 ml of olive oil
