Brandy duck mold recipe

Ingredients to make brandy duck mold:
For 6 people ::
500 gr. Clean duck
100 gr. Serrano ham
100 gr. Intie bacon
100 gr. Pork minced meat
100 gr. Minced beef
2 ud. cooked egg
100 gr. Green olive without bone
8 soup spoon brandy
salt
pepper
Presentation ::
lettuce
freshly roasted bread and
butter

Ingredients to make brandy duck mold:

2. Add the brandy and salt and pepper.

3. In a rectangular refractory glass mold (Plum-Cake type) place the third part of the mixture and on top of half of the duck meat cut into strips.

4. Add another mixture layer, another duck and cover with the remaining mixture.

5. 2 Cooking well with your hands and cooking in the microwave for 18 minutes at 780W.

6. Connect the rotating base.

7. Remove from the microwave, throw the water you have released and let it cool.

820- 3 Presentation once cold or tempered, unmold and cut into slices.

9. Decorate with a lettuce julienne and serve with freshly roasted bread and butter.
