The day before its cooking we marinate the turkey pouring a glass of brandy inside and keeping it in the fridge. The next day we peel and chop in julienne (cuts in strips) the onions and apples. We add apples and nut Turkey with a long needle. We have the turkey with oil, salt and pepper to taste and put in a fountain with herbs, garlic, broth and wine.
