2. When the onion begins to be transparent, we add the chopped green pepper in brunoisse, then the chopped garlic and finally the peeled and chopped tomatoes, with a pinch of salt.
3. We chop the rabbit into not very small pieces, we smell it with the flour, salt and pepper slightly in a pan with oil until the meat changes color.
4. Add the pieces of rabbit to the caullawal casserole, sauté for a few minutes and incorporate red wine.
5. We cover with hot water (if preferred, it can be replaced by a meat or meat and vegetable broth) and let it cook, over low heat, for about 40 minutes.
6. As a garnish we can accompany some sauteed habits or a vegetable menestra.
