Ingredients to make wild boar with fruits of time:
450 grams of wild boar meat
300 grams of potatoes
150 grams of white pears
150 grams of golden apples
100 grams of carrots
100 grams of onion
1 bunch of aromatic herbs
1 glass of olive oil
½ liter of Red wine
3 laurel leaves
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Ingredients to make wild boar with fruits of time:

2. The meat, chopped in tacos or slices, as for any stew, has to be put in a container, preferably a clay casserole.

3. We peel and chop the apples and pears and throw them in the casserole, along with the folds cut into slices and the onion, peeled and cut into julienne.

4. Add the aromatic herbs and wine, so that it covers everything.

5. We cover the casserole and let macerate in a cool place, for two days.

6. After this time, we cast, collecting the wine that is reserved separately.

7. From the rest that remains in the strainer, we separate the meat on the one hand and on the other the carrots and onion segments, without discarding the pieces of pear, apple and aromatic herbs.

8. A clay casserole is put to the fire with oil and cook the pieces of meat so that they are sauté.

9. When the meat is well sauteed, we add the wine, carrots, onion and laurel.

10. When it breaks to boil, we lower the heat and leave it over low and covered heat, between 45 minutes and 1 hour or more, until the meat is tender.

11. If during this time the broth diminishes, we can add hot water.
