Ingredients to make baked chicken with vegetables and mushrooms:
1. We started the baked chicken recipe peeling the onion and cutting it into more or less large pieces. We can cut it into a julienne or as we like. We take a source suitable for oven and distribute the chopped onion throughout the base.
2. We wash the peppers and cut them in Juliana, or as we like, to place them on the onion. If you want, you can also add yellow pepper. The amount of vegetables is to taste, since if you like the baked chicken to come accompanied by a good portion of vegetables you must add an entire onion, a green and medium pepper and an entire red pepper, for example.
3. We place the chicken thighs on the vegetables, with some separation so that they cook perfectly in the oven. At this point, we can already preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
4. Sprinkle the spices on the meat, cut the lemon in half and have one of the pieces at one end of the fountain and the other on the opposite side.
