Ingredients to make Argentine chicken overwhelming:
1. The first step to make the Argentine chicken hit is to enlist all the ingredients.
2. Once we have prepared all the ingredients, we remove the skin of the chicken breast.
3. We bone the breast, with a lot of patience, we open it with a very sharp knife, trying to keep it as whole as possible.
4. On the other hand, we grat the carrot that will be part of the chicken roller filling. We reserve.
5. We take the pepper, click it with a fork and burn it on the fire to remove the skin.
6. We place the pepper in a bowl with cold water to clean it completely and continue with the preparation of the Argentine roller.
7. The pepper that we will use for the filling of the Argentine chicken roller should be as shown in the image. Another option is to use can peppers, although in this way it is much tastier.
8. Take the boneless chicken breast and place it on a piece of aluminum foil. We season with salt, pepper, ground chili and paprika.
9. Then, fill the chicken breast. To do this, we place the grated carrot, the fetas of cooked ham, the peppers, the peas, the grated cheese and finally, on one end, the cooked eggs.
