Ancient pickled turkey recipe

1 turkey of 3 kg.

12 garlic

4 laurel leaves
15 black pepper grains

To accompany ::
frutas ravos (grapes, dates, figs, ears)
piñones
1/2 l. of water
1/2 l. of white wine
sugar.
