Almond rabbit recipe

In a casserole with a little olive oil we sauté the crushed garlic in the mortar, the onion cut in julienne (fine strips) and the parsley branch.

Ingredients to make almond rabbit:
1 1,200 kg rabbit. approx.
100 grams of natural almonds
4 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of parsley
1 cdita. sweet pepper powder
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large onion
1 white wine deciliter
salt
pepper to taste
1 pinca of thyme

Ingredients to make almond rabbit:

2. When the vegetable is cooked, we add the almonds and let the whole set save for 5 minutes.

3. Subsequently, we drain the oil vegetables and crush them with the blender.

4. The rabbit we chop it and sauté in the same oil until it takes gold and add the salt, pepper, sweet pepper, almond rehash prepared above and white wine, without covering the rabbit.

5. We turn it to mix everything and put over high heat until it breaks to boil.

6. We go down slowly, cover the casserole and let cook until the rabbit is tender.
