Ajillo chicken recipe with peppers

Ingredients to make chicken with peppers:
For 4 people ::
un chicken chicken trocado
2 peppers red
1 green pepper (Italian pepper or icing)
6 cloves of white wine
salt
pepper
olive oil

Ingredients to make chicken with peppers:

2. Put 50 ml. of olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, 50 ml of white wine and salt in a blender glass and beat it until it has a sauce consistency.

3. Bathe the chicken in this sauce and leave it in the fridge all night.

4. Heat olive oil and fry two cloves of garlic in sheets.

5. When they are golden remove garlic.

6. In that oil brown the chicken and salt and pepper.

7. When the white wine is added.

8. It is allowed to cook over low heat for 45 minutes.

9. Apart, in a pan put olive oil and fry the peppers cut into strips.

10. Let them fry for 20 minutes or until the peppers are surrendered, and leave.

11. After the chicken takes 45 minutes, the peppers and oil are added and the chicken is left for another 15 minutes.

12. The chicken is served on a flat plate with a bed of peppers.
