Ingredients to make vegetable pizza: |
For the base 100 grams of whole wheat flour 15 grams of ray -type yeast 6 tablespoons of water 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 pinch of salt for pizza 40 grams of mushrooms 30 grams of olives 20 grams of spinach 1 clove of garlic 1 pepper bell 1 pepper green 200 grams of tomato sauce 200 grams of mozzarella cheese a pinch of oregano, basil, (to taste) |
Ingredients to make vegetable pizza:
2. Mix the flour little by little with oil and water.
3. We knead until you get a compact paste that does not stick on your fingers.
4. We leave half an hour resting in a fresh place.
5. We extend on the previously smeared baking sheet leaving it as fine as possible and with rounded shape.
6. Cook the base alone in the oven previously heated at 200º C for 15 minutes.
7. We take out of the oven and let the pizza base.
8. Add the tomato room and a very small chopped garlic clog.
9. On this sauce we place the rest of the ingredients in a homogeneous and decorative way.
10. Finally we ended up sprinkling the grated mozzarella cheese above all the pizza.
11. If you want you can sprinkle before cheese aromatic herbs such as oregano and basil.
12. We introduce in the oven to 200º C until the surface of the pizza is gratin (about 20 minutes) we serve hot.
