Ingredients to make vegan pizza based on polenta:
1. Pour 2/3 parts of the water in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and take it to boil. When the water breaks to boil add the remaining third to break the boil.
2. Add the polenta to the saucepan by sprinkling it like a rain and stir without stopping so that it does not stick. Cook a little until the polenta integrates well and is thick.
3. Press the oven at 180 ºC. It covers a round plain container with low edges with baking paper and extends the polenta squeezing with your hands, giving it circular shape and a thickness of approximately half a centimeter. Bake the base for 20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, cut the sliced ​​zucchini and mushrooms in sheets, and be grilled or kitchen in the pan. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
