Vegan barbecue pizza recipe

Ingredients to make vegan barbecue pizza:

1. We prepare the ingredients for this homemade vegan pizza. The vegan barbecue sauce will make it with tomato sauce, mustard and soy sauce, as well as black pepper and chilli. The rest of the ingredients, which are varied vegetables, will season the pizza itself. For the base of the pizza, we have prepared a homemade mass following the instructions of this unleavened pizza dough recipe, very easy and fast.





2. First we prepare the vegan barbecue sauce. In a pan with a little oil fry the tomato sauce next to two spoonfuls of dijon mustard and a generous jet of soy sauce. We also add a chilli -which we can withdraw later -black pepper and salt.



Trick: Preheat the oven to 180ºC, the same temperature at which the pizza base has been cooked for 10 minutes.





3. After a few minutes of cooking, the vegan barbecue sauce is already ready and we can extend it on the pizza base.





4. We extend the roasted red peppers on tomato sauce, uniformly. Now we cut on small pieces the onion, the green pepper and the red pepper and mix them in a bowl. Then we spread them on the vegan barbecue sauce, and above we have the sweet corn.





5. With the preheated oven at 180ºC, we introduce the vegan pizza in the oven for 10 minutes. Remember that the base of the pizza had already cooked for 10 minutes, so you do not pass over time.





6. Cut the vegan barbecue pizza into pieces and serve them right away. If you want, you can accompany your pizza with a green salad. Bon Appetite!
