Ingredients to make tuna noodles: |

Ingredients to make tuna noodles:
1. To start with the preparation of the noodles with tuna, fry the chopped onion in olive oil. When it becomes transparent, add chopped garlic, tomato, paprika, salt and pepper to taste and half of the oregano. Cook everything together for a few seconds and add the tuna without draining and the seasoning. Mix everything well.
2. When you have mixed everything, pour the milk and the remaining oregano. Remove and let the sauce simmer. If you do not have evaporated milk, you can use whole or half -nattered milk, or simply remove it from the recipe and make a stir -fry instead of a sauce.
3. Meanwhile, take a pot, fill it up to half the water and heat it. Add salt to taste and when it breaks to boil, incorporate the noodles for cooking them. You must boil them until they are at the dente. Remember to monitor the sauce and remove it from the heat when ready.
4. When the noodles are made, drain them, pass some cold water and incorporate them into the pan where you have the sauce. Mix everything well and serve it. Another totally valid option is to serve the white paste in the dishes and on it the sauce.
