Ingredients to make noodles with salmon sauce:
200 g of tagliale to the egg
2 slices of salmon
200 ml liquid cream (milk cream)
50 g leek
1 clove of garlic
1 pill of fish consommé
1 tablespoon of dill
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt and black pepper

Ingredients to make noodles with salmon sauce:

1. In a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, add the minced garlic and the leek. When you start to have color, add the finely chopped salmon and salt and pepper.





2. Add the liquid cream and dill and stir well. Let cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time, until the salmon sauce begins to bubble and, then, we remove from the heat.
