Spring pizza recipe

Prepare the pizza dough as indicated in basic masses.

Ingredients to make spring pizza:
For the mass
250g (2 cups) of flour
15g of pressed yeast or 5g of the dehydrated
125cc (1taza) of water at room temperature
1pizca of salt
1 teaspoon of oil
for the filling ::
150cc of sauce of tomatoes
150g of grated mozarella cheese or in fetas
9 green or black olives or both
1 tablespoon of oregano
50g of Parmesano Rallado cheese
1 tomato cut into slices
1 Morron roasted and peeled or can of can in oil
3 eggs Hard minced
2 spoons of olive oil
2 cloves of chopped garlic without the green part
1 spoon of chopped parsley

Ingredients to make spring pizza:

2. Remove the seeds and ribs from the belling and cut into thick strips.

3. Mix olive oil with chopped garlic and make an emulsion.

4. Cook the pizza dough without brown (prepizza), add the tomato sauce (see sauces), place the slices of tomatoes on the sauce and salt .

5. Then place the belling strips radially and paint with the mixture of olive and garlic oil, sprinkle with hard egg and grated cheese, decorate with olives and return to the oven and cook.

6. When removing sprinkle with chopped parsley.

7. Serve on wood base and cut eight portions.
