Spinach lasagna recipe

Who said the homemade lasagna should always wear meat? To make an exceptional vegetarian lasagna many other ingredients can be used and obtain great results. ESPINACA LASAÑA INGREDIENTS:
400 grams of fresh spinach
6 tomato
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon dessert of oregano
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of ground black pepper
9 sheets of lasaga paste
1 pinch of white pepper
4 tablespoons of grated cheese
para the bechamel:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1½ tablespoons of flour
1 glass of milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of Ground nutmeg

ESPINACA LASAÑA INGREDIENTS:

1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the spinach lasagna.





2. We fille the garlic and cut the onion finely. We put some oil in a pan and fry these vegetables for 3 minutes.





3. Next, we add the peeled and cut tomatoes. We put some salt and ground black pepper and let the tomato cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.





4. We incorporate fresh spinach and oregano. We let it cook until the spinach reduces their size. If necessary, we put a little more salt.





5. Meanwhile, we prepare the Bechamel sauce for this spinach lasagna. We heat the olive oil, add the flour and let it mix and cook for 1 minute. We add the milk and move with some rods to remove the lumps. We add some salt and ground nutmeg, and move with a stick spoon until the bechamel sauce thickens for lasagna.





6. While we cook the pasta for lasagna in abundant boiling water, we finish the stir-fry by adding the pine nuts. We saute them a little with the rest of the vegetables and remove.





7. We put some bechamel on top and a handful of grated cheese and then, we put another layer of pasta and filling. We continue like this until the pasta ends. We have put two layers of filling and three layers of pasta.





8. We place a last layer of pasta, the rest of the bechamel and grated cheese. We put the spinach lasagna in baked to gratin until golden is over.
