Spaghetti recipe with tomato sauce and prawns

Peel the prawns and boil the shells and heads (this water will be used to cook the spaghetti). Scald the tomato a couple of minutes to peel it. In a pan put a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and throw garlic clove, onion and prawns. Fry for about 3 minutes and add the tomato cut into pieces.

8 langostinos grandes crudos
1 tomate maduro grande
1 diente de ajo picado
1 cucharada de cebolla picada
aceite de oliva
perejil
orégano
pimentón dulce
pimentón picante
sal
azúcar

2. Add the parsley, the oregano, the sweet paprika, the spicy paprika, a pinch of sugar to remove the acidity of the tomato, and salt. Remove everything continuously for about 5 minutes. Add two water staves where we have boiled the plates of the prawns. Let reduce over 10 minutes.

3. Pass all this through the blender until there is a creamy and fine sauce. Boil the spaghetti in the water in which we have boiled the prawns 1 minute less than necessary.

4. Take the sauce in a pan and add the boiled spaghetti. Remove for a minute and serve. Sprinkle chopped parsley above.
