Spaghetti recipe with meatballs

Ingredients to make spaghetti with meatballs:
560 grams of ground meat
½ cup of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
½ cud ::
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon of machacado garlic
1 can of crushed tomato
¼ tablespoon of ground rosemary
¼ tablespoon dessert of oregano
2 tablespoons of butter
450 grams of spaghettis

Ingredients to make spaghetti with meatballs:

1. Take a non-stick pan and heat the vegetable oil to brown the onion until it turns transparent. When ready, remove it from the fire and let it cool, we will use it to prepare the homemade meatballs.

2. To continue with the preparation of spaghetti with meatballs, mix the cooked onion and already cold with minced meat. Once mixed, incorporate bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper and mix everything well.

3. When you have the dough of the meatballs ready, make small balls with it. With these amounts you should get approximately 16 meatballs. Once you have them made, take a large pan and heat the olive oil. When hot, add the meatballs and fry them for 5 minutes, more or less, moving them to do everywhere.





4. When lists are ready, remove the fat from the pan and place the chopped onion and crushed garlic between the meatballs to prepare the sauce. Pour the crushed tomato can and move everything. If you wish you can crush the tomatoes yourself and make it more natural.

5. Add the rosemary and oregano to the sauce and continue to move. Lower the fire the minimum to cook. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti with butter, salt and pepper to taste. When it boils, cover the pot and let them cook over low heat for 20 minutes, or until they are at the dente. When the sauce is ready for the fire.
