Spaghetti recipe with meat sauce, carrots and zucchini

Ingredients to make spaghetti with meat sauce, carrots and zucchini:
500 gr of pasta to taste, this time I put spaghettis
two or three cloves of garlic
1 onion
300 gr of minced meat
3 carrots
2 medium zucchini
crushed tomatoes, fried tomato or tomato sauce already prepared
grated cheese
oil
salt and pepper
Aliño de Pincchitos Andaluz (optional)

Ingredients to make spaghetti with meat sauce, carrots and zucchini:

2. We peel the carrots, garlic and onions and wash the zucchini (it is not necessary to peel them). We chop all square vegetables, as well as garlic and onions.

3. We heat the oil, sauté the garlic and add the onion. When the onion is tender we add the carrot and let it be done over low heat, between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces and the quality of the carrots, but do not do too much so that they are not soft.

4. Next we add the minced meat and sauté it well, salt and pepper, and if we want we add aliño de pinchitos. We finally put the zucchini.

5. We turn around and throw the tomato. I have not put quantity here because it goes in tastes (well, of everything else too …) and also the type of tomato. If we have homemade tomato sauce, better than better, if we want crushed tomato more natural, but usually where there are children prefer fried tomato.

6. According to the tomato we use we let it be made between 10 and 20 minutes, but we are testing until we consider it, that is: we like it. The vegetables must be noticed in the mouth, not that they get rid of but that they are not hard either.

7. We mix with the pasta and that each one adds the grated cheese to taste.
