For 4 people :: 400 gr of spaghettis 2 celery stems 100 gr. of grated cheese parmesano 1 Raw egg yolk 2 glasses of milk 3 tablespoons of butter 1 pinch of nutmeg oil salt. |

2. Cook them in boiling water with salt for about 10 minutes and drain them.
3. Apart, cook the spaghetti in water and salt until they are at the dente.
4. Derret the butter in a pan, add the flour, brown it and pour hot milk.
5. Cook while stirring and adding the nutmeg, a pinch of salt, cheese and egg yolk and remove from heat.
6. Drain the spaghetti, mix them with the celery and put them in a source.
7. Pour the Bechamel on top and gratin.
