Spaghetti recipe to Carmen

For the preparation of the sauce, two casseroles are needed.

Ingredients to make a spaghetti to Carmen:
For 5 people ::
500 gr. of spaghettis
200 gr. of tuna in oil
5 forest steaks
10 olives stuffed with pepper
1 tablespoon of small capers
400 gr. of natural tomato peeled trocado
0.75 dl. of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
salt
pepper
oregano

Ingredients to make a spaghetti to Carmen:

2. In one, put to cook the chopped tomato pulp, with half of the oil and the garlic cut into slices, without previously frying.

3. Sazonar with salt, pepper and oregano and let cook over moderate heat for about 10 minutes.

4. In the second casserole, heat the remaining oil over very soft heat, add anchovies and remove them to get rid of soon.

5. Next, add the crumbled tuna, the olives cut in half and the capers.

6. Mix and let it take flavor for a few minutes.

7. Remove from heat and pour into the casserole from tomato sauce.

8. Let boil for a few minutes.

9. Sazonar and remove from heat.

10. Cook the spaghetti al dente.

11. Drain and place in a source, season with the sauce.

12. Serve.
