Making avocado pesto with the pasta is not complicated and in this recipe we explain how to do it. You can use spaghetti or any other paste but to accompany a pesto a long and never stuffed paste is better.

2 or 3 zucchini tomatoes, cherry better (8 or 10) 1 clove of garlic half avocado 20gr albahaca a handful of nuts olive oil, extra virgin better pepper and salt to taste for the sauce sauce |

Ingredients to make spaghetti to avocado pesto:
1. Save with little oil the zucchini made spaghettis. I use the microplane brand apparatus. Although it seems a lot the volume is reduced. If salt is added, do it at the end, so you don release more water. If you do not use zucchini, which is like me, you can use another vegetable, pepper for example.
2. Meanwhile I make the sauce in the chopper: avocado, garlic (no more than one or a lot will be repeated), nuts, basil, a splash of oil and pepper and salt to taste.
3. We will have to open it to remove it a bit and add oil until you get the texture you like for the accompaniment of the pasta.
4. Turn off the heat and add the sauce and tomatoes and mix. Clever! You already have this very rich and healthy dish, a pasta with avocado pesto.
