Sentolla pizza recipe

Prepare the pizza dough as indicated in basic masses. Process the olives together with the tomatoes and mix with garlic and parsley and gradually incorporate olive oil and salt and pepper.

Ingredients to make sentolla pizza:
For the mass
250 g (2 cups) of flour 0000
15 of pressed yeast or 5g of the dehydrated
125 cc (1taza) of water at room temperature
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of oil
for cover
150 CC of tomato sauce (see pizza sauce)
150 g of mozella rallado cheese
100 g of black olives without carozo
3 dry tomatoes in oil
2 cloves of garlic well chopped without the green part
100 cc of olive oil
200 g of cocida and crumbled
1 CLOF OF CAIRY

Ingredients to make sentolla pizza:

2. Cook the pizza dough without brown (prepizza), add the tomato sauce, place the crumbled soil on the sauce, bathe with the sauce and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella, cook in the oven until the dough is crispy.

3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the capers. Serve on wood base and cut eight portions.
