12 lasagna plates, 150 gr. Fresh salmon, 250 gr. of bechamel made with fish broth, 30 gr. Fine chopped onion, 150 gr. of grated emmental cheese, 1 glass of vodka, pajil, salt and pepper. |

2. Then, flambo salmon and onion with vodka and finally add parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Fundir 100 gr. of emmental cheese with the bechamel and mix with the salmon. Cook the pasta to dente.
4. In an oven source spread with butter, alternately put a layer of bechamel with the salmon and one of pasta, to form three floors of each.
5. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and baked for 10 minutes.
