Place cold milk, semolina and salt in a bowl. Mix and bring to moderate heat until thickens, stirring so that lumps do not form. Withdraw.

250 g semolol 2 yolks 100 gr. butter 100 gr. grated cheese 1 l. milk cream of milk salt |

2. Once the semolina has been cooked, add half of the butter, the yolks at one time and half of the grated cheese. Rectify the seasoning.
3. Extend the still hot preparation with the help of a spatula until a thickness of 1cm. Let cool and, with a round -cutting, cut the gnocchi.
4. Have them in an oven source and, on them, place the rest of the butter cut into pieces.
5. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Cover with a little cream of milk.
6. Bring to baking until gratin.
