Raviolis recipe stuffed with chicken and truffles

For the filling the chicken is cooked with 2 leeks, 2 carrots, 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic. Let it cook about 50 min .. we chop the breasts and prepare them to mix with the chopped truffle, the eggs and the chard. We put salt and start filling. Once the raviolis is filled, we leave in the refrigerator to cook at the time of serving.

24 you. Fresh Pasta Circles 6cm in diameter
1 ud. chicken
100 gr. Truf
100 gr. Accele only the leaves
4 you. egg
2 ud. leek
2 ud. carrot
2 ud. onion
2 clove
chopped chives
salt
for sauce
2 ud. onion
2 ud. carrot in juliana
1 glass white wine
100 gr. Trufa juice
2 soup spoon flour
chicken broth
olive oil
salt

Ingredients to make raviolis stuffed with chicken and truffles:

2. For the sauce we poach 2 onions, 2 carrots in julienne with a little olive oil. Once poached, we add a glass of white wine and the truffle juice (100 gr.), 2 spoons of flour and the cooking broth of the chicken.

3. Termination of the dishes put the sauce to heat and meanwhile, we cook the raviolis for 3 min .. later, we introduce the raviolis in the sauce and with a boil they are ready to serve. It is served with chopped truffle and chopped chives.
