– 500 grams of stuffed raviolis (of your preference) – 2 cups of whole milk. – 1 teaspoon of mustard. – 50 grams of wheat flour. – 50 grams of butter. – 100 grams of Parmesan cheese. – 100 grams of regiano cheese. – 100 grams of emmenthal cheese. – Sal. – pepper. |
Ingredients to make raviolis in three cheese sauce.
2. – Cook in a Honda pot the Raviolis. Reserve them.- In a Honda pot, melt the butter and add the wheat flour.- Add salt and pepper.
3. – Once this golden (the mixture of butter flour) add the whole milk and mustard.- Let boil for about 5 minutes.
