Provencal pizza recipe

Prepare the pizza dough as indicated in basic masses.

Ingredients to make Provencal pizza:
For the dough ::
250g (2 cups) of flour 0000
15 of pressed or 5g yeast
For the cover ::
150cc of tomato sauce (see pizza pizza sauce)
200g of grated mozarella cheese or in sheets
50g of chopped nuts
2 spoons of chopped parsley
4 cloves of garlic well chopped without the green part
50cc Of olive oil

Ingredients to make Provencal pizza:

2. In a container prepare an emulsion with garlic parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Cook the pizza dough without brown (prepizza), add the tomato sauce, place on the sauce the mozzarella that covers the entire surface of the dough reaching 1/2 cm from the edge, return to the oven.

4. A minute before it is ready, remove from the oven and bathe with the Provencal emulsion, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped nuts and return to the oven 1 or 2 more minutes.

5. Serve on wood base and cut eight portions.
