Platano and Guineo Gnocchis Recipe

A- In a large saucepan, boil bananas and guineos in water and milk up to soft.

2 peeled and cut green bananas
2 peeled green guineos

2. Add a tablespoon of salt to the water.

3. Ralle with the blade of the food processor the gineos and bananas.

4. Once grated, place them in a table.

5. Add the egg, the flour to the mixture while kneading by hand to obtain a soft dough, but not very sticky. B-Form small balls or sorullites with the help of a little more flour.

6. Boil a bit of the dough, try and adjust the season before boiling the rest.

7. C-when you already have the gnocchis formed, boil them in abundant and bubbly water with salt (it does not boil too many at the same time).

8. The Gnoccis will fall to the bottom of the saucepan and float when they are ready.

9. Remove it carefully with a spoon of holes to drain them.
