1. In order to start preparing homemade pizza, the first thing we must do is gather all the ingredients.
2. We start preparing the homemade pizza dough. To do it, take a container and mix the flour with salt and sugar. We form a volcano with the mixture and add in the center the egg, oil, water and mix well until you get a compact mass. The dough should not be stuck in the hands, so if we consider it necessary we can add more flour. We make a hole in the center of the dough and add the yeast with a splash of water. We mix well and let the dough stand.

3. While the pizza dough rests, we prepare the filling. We cut the fresh mozzarella into equal slices and ham into small paintings.
