Pizza recipe with bacon and scrambled eggs

Prepare the pizza dough as indicated in basic masses.

Ingredients to make pizza with bacon and scrambled eggs:
For the dough ::
250g (2 cups) of flour 0000
15 of pressed or 5g yeast
For the cover ::
150cc of tomato sauce (see pizza pizza sauce)
150g of grated mozarella cheese
9 green olives or black or both
2 eggs half beat
150g of smoked bacon in sheets and cut into fine strips
1 roasted bell pepper, peeled without the ribs
salt
pepper to taste

2. In a pan place the butter and saute the bacon strips a few minutes, then turn the half-lined eggs with salt and pepper and make a scrambled, turn off the heat and reserve.

3. Cook the pizza dough without brown (prepizza), add the tomato sauce, place on the sauce the bacon and egg scrambled, sprinkle with the grated mozzarella and the chilled chili pepper that covers the entire surface of the dough reaching 1/2 cm of the edge.

4. Cook in a very hot oven until the dough is golden and if you want it can decorate with halves of olives.

5. Serve on wood base and cut eight portions.
