2. Add the yeast and mix.
3. Add the previously salty warm water and the oil little by little, we knead carefully until all the ingredients are perfectly mixed and obtain an elastic mass.
4. Let stand covered with a half-hour kitchen cloth.
5. With the help of a kitchen roller we extend the dough and place it on a baking sheet in oil.
6. We wash the mushrooms and cook them separately in a pan with a little olive oil until they have lost the water they release.
7. Once we have the extended dough on the tray, we put the tomato sauce, the mushrooms and cheese, sprinkle with oregano and introduce in the oven previously heated to 220º between 15 and 20 minutes.
