3. The two eggs are cooked, they are chopped and mixed with the pate.
4. Fill the sheets with the mixture and roll.
5. Perform the Bechamel sauce in a pan, adding the butter and then the flour.
6. When it is golden and without lumps, the milk is gradually adding until you reach the desired thickness.
7. A little salt and nutmeg is added.
8. Put the rolled lasagna and cover with a tomato layer and with another of Bechamel and finally sprinkle with grated cheese.
9. Put to the strong oven to gratin until the cheese is golden brown.
