Pasta recipe with raw vegetables

Tomatoes are cut in dice, olives are split (boneless) in half and the fine garlic is chopped and the capers also fine. SALT IS ADDED TO TASTE AND 1 tablespoon of olive oil. It puts everything in a bowl and covered with a kitchen cloth. Let stand half an hour. While the rifle are prepared, we cut the mozzarella into dice and scratch the Parmesan. We pray the pasta to boil (at 11 minutes), we control the taste of the vegetable and add salt, if it missed and add the mozzarella. When the pasta is ready we mix it with the vegetable and we pour scratched parmesan to taste. It is an easy and fast dish.
