Ingredients to make paste with endivias:
1. First, heat the water and, when it boils, add fat salt and cook the pasta. Remove to prevent it from sticking and let it cook until it is at the dente.
2. While the paste is cooked, cut the endivias in half, along, and retir them the center triangle and cut them in strips of approximately 1 cm wide. Also cut the plums into thin strips.
3. Take a large pan and cover the bottom with olive oil, heat it over medium heat and, when hot, add the endivia strips together with the machacated Jamaica pepper but without grinding it.
