Pasta recipe with endivias

Ingredients to make paste with endivias:
150 grams of Italian short paste
2 units of large endivias
4 units of prayer plums
1 tablespoon tomato sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon of mustard with the grains
jugo maggi
8 units of hazelnuts
1 bottle of oil from oliva
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of color pepper
8 units of pepper berries of jamaica
1 pinch of dry thyme
1½ liters of water

Ingredients to make paste with endivias:

1. First, heat the water and, when it boils, add fat salt and cook the pasta. Remove to prevent it from sticking and let it cook until it is at the dente.

2. While the paste is cooked, cut the endivias in half, along, and retir them the center triangle and cut them in strips of approximately 1 cm wide. Also cut the plums into thin strips.

3. Take a large pan and cover the bottom with olive oil, heat it over medium heat and, when hot, add the endivia strips together with the machacated Jamaica pepper but without grinding it. It also incorporates the plums, removes for half a minute and adds the mustard, two blows of Maggi juice, the tomato sauce, thyme and a few tablespoons of the water cooking water.

Go up the fire again and cook everything together, stirring from the bottom up until the sauce is almost completely reduced and the pasta is ready.

6. If you consider it necessary, you can add a little more water from the cooking of the pasta. When it is well done, it serves in the dishes and sprinkles a bit of freshly ground color pepper and crushed hazelnuts to give it a touch of flavor and color.
