Ingredients to make pasta with bacon and onion:
1. We boil the paste putting a casserole with water on the fire and adding it when it breaks to boil. We cook from time to time until the pasta is at the dente, or what is the same, cooked but firm, without being excessively soft. We drain the water and reserve.
2. We clean and laminate the mushrooms while the paste is cooked. If you prefer, you can chop them smaller, to your liking!
3. We pee the onion very fine and put it on the fire in a pan with a splash of olive oil. When starting transparent, add the mushrooms to skip them.
4. Add a splash of white wine and keep the pan to the fire until the mushrooms are almost made.
5. We cut the bacon into strips and, when the mushrooms are almost made, we add it to the pan. Season with a pinch of ground garlic, stir well and let cook for about five minutes to continue with the paste recipe with bacon and onion.
6. We incorporate the paste well drained, mix and add the cream or milk cream. We remove the fuses well into white sauce and rectify salt.
7. We cook for a few minutes stirring occasionally. We immediately serve the Fusilli with bacon and onion, and enjoy a rich and simple pasta dish!
