Pasta recipe with bacon and mushrooms

Cook the pasta with plenty of salt water.

Ingredients to make pasta with bacon and mushrooms:
500 gr. noodles
2 ud. onion
200 gr. Mushroom
100 gr. bacon
75 gr. butter
Parmesano Rallado
250 gr. cream
2 ud. egg yolk
salt
pepper
aromatic herbs

Ingredients to make pasta with bacon and mushrooms:

2. Chop the onion and saute it.

3. When it gets transparent, add the chopped bacon, and when you are fried, the mushrooms.

4. Let it be done for a few minutes and add the cream, parmesan and aromatic herbs.

5. Reduce the cream until thickens, and then, separate the sauce from the heat, add the egg yolks and mix the sauce with the paste.

6. It can be served like this or gratin with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
