Paglia and fieno recipe with nuts

500 g of fresh pasta
extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion
1 egg yolk (optional)
pimenta white
salt
100 g of peeled nuts and thick chopped
grated parmesan cheese to accompany
200 ml of liquid cream
