250 gr rice ardorio 600 ml vegetable broth 3 unit tomatoes 1/2 white onion unit 2 cloves of garlic 30 gr cheese parmesan 15 gr Butter olive oil salt pepper pepper pepper |

Ingredients to make Neapolitan risotto:
2. Cut the onion and garlic finely, cook over low heat in olive oil until the onion is translucent, salt and pepper.
