Mozzarella pizza recipe Al Roquefort

Prepare the pizza dough as indicated in basic masses.

Ingredients to make mozzarella pizza to the Roquefort:
For the dough ::
250g (2 cups) of flour 0000
15 of pressed or 5g yeast
For the cover ::
150cc of tomato sauce (see pizza pizza sauce)
150g of grated mozarella cheese or in sheets
150g of crumbled Roquefort cheese
50g of chopped nuts (optional)
1 tablespoon of oregano

Ingredients to make mozzarella pizza to the Roquefort:
