Meat cannelloni recipe

Canelones are a dish that usually prepares for Christmas and New Year holidays in some parts of Spain. However, the cannelloni are a dish that is good at any time of the year and for any occasion, especially when it needs to make food for several people. Dare and learn how to make meat cannelloni with an original and very gourmet touch: the truffles.

Ingredients to make meat cannelloni with truffle:
2 turkey breast units
300 grams of pork from egg yolk
1 sheet of truffles
24 units of cannelloni
100 grams of butter
60 grams of flour
1 cup of grated cheese
1 pinch of salt and pepper
1 boat of sauce bechamel

Ingredients to make meat cannelloni with truffle:

1. To start preparing the landfill with truffle, the first thing we must do is chop the meat. Then, sauté in a pan with oil and butter until the meats change color.

2. Add chicken hygaditos, also chopped, to the pan and continue with the sauce for a few more minutes.

5. Truffes and mix them, along with the can of the can, with the meat paste. Continue with cooking over low heat for a few more minutes. Remember to reserve a couple of entire truffles for the presentation of the stuffed cannelloni.

6. Apart, boil the cannelloni in abundant boiling water with salt. It drains and extend on a clean cloth. Then fill the cannelloni with the meat and truffles preparation once it has cooled at room temperature.
