We propose a recipe of delicate but very original and results, perfect to surprise friends at a dinner. These hake and praise cannelloni are delicious accompanied by a piquillo peppers sauce.

Ingredients to make hake and prawns:
1. Here we have the ingredients for hake and prawns with piquillo peppers. Make is frozen and the prawns are already cooked, while the cannelloni are a preparation that does not need to boil.
2. Following the instructions of the Canelones package, we put the sheets in a tray with hot water and let them soak for 20 minutes. After this time, we will extend them on a clean rag.
3. We boil the hake in water for about ten minutes and then we crumble it on a plate.
4. In a pan with hot oil we pour the onion and green pepper, previously washed and well chopped.
5. When the vegetables are at their point, we add the weighted fish, the already cooked prawns and half a liquid cream boat. We let it cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, so that the liquid thickens and forms a kind of cream, which will be the filling of the cannelloni.
6. Now we proceed to make the cannelloni. With a teaspoon we carefully place a little filling on a sheet and roll it up.
7. It is a delicate work but in a few minutes you will already have the tray ready with the cannelloni, which you will enter in the oven at 180ºC. For 10 minutes, following the instructions of the pasta.
8. While the cannelloni are in the oven we will prepare the piquillo peppers sauce. In a pan sauté the chopped piquillo peppers and add the rest of the liquid cream of the boat. In less than five minutes it will be ready and you just have to pass the mixture through the blender.
9. Occasionly controls the oven to prevent the cannells from drying out too much.
10. Plaster between three and four cannelloni per diner and wake them up with the peppers. You will see that the hake and prawns can become one of your star dishes. If you like cannelloni with fish, you can also try the dogs stuffed with smoked salmon.
