Macarrones recipe with sepia

Ingredients to do macaroni with sepia:
For 5 people ::
500 gr. of macarrones
500 gr. of SEPIAS
500 gr. of mature tomatoes
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 sprig of parsley
1 copita of white wine
salt and
pepper.

Ingredients to do macaroni with sepia:

2. In a casserole, fry them for a few minutes, stirring them constantly with a wooden spatula.

3. Sprinkle with white wine and, when evaporated, add crushed tomatoes, without skin or seeds and onion.

4. Sazonar with salt and pepper and cook over moderate heat until the Sepias are cooked, adding, if necessary, a little hot water.

5. Cook the pasta (at the dente) in abundant boiling water, something salty.

6. Drain it and season with the sauce.

7. Sprinkle with a bit of chopped parsley.
