100 g of onion
10 tablespoons of oil
1 clove of garlic
2 cheeses
1 parstete of parsley
salt

3. Chop the parsley and very fine onion and add it to the cheeses.

4. Season with salt and pepper and mix well until you get a cream.

5. Drain macaroni, without cooling.

6. Put them again in the saucepan, season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.

7. Add the cream, mix and serve.
