LUIS BLACK SPRISH RECIPE

I dedicate this recipe to my friend Luis Coma, since it was actually the inventor of this exquisite recipe.

Ingredients to make LUIS black noodles:
1 ud onion
2 ud green pepper (for frying)
1 ud tomato maturo
2 LANCHA MAGRO
4 UD sausage
2 UD Tocino rib in strips
1 UD BUTIFARRA BLACK
300 GR Lush Salt oil

Ingredients to make LUIS black noodles:

2. Chop the onion and peppers and sauté them, add the bacon the rib and sausages and then add the striped tomato and leave for 15 m over low heat.

3. Then add the black butifarra cut into pieces and wait for it to get rid of, add a glass of water together with the meat broth pill and continue 15 m more cooking.

4. Add 3 or 4 more water glasses and boil for 10 m over low heat to mix the condiments well and add the noodles to boil on fire not very strong for 10-12 m.

5. They are very rich.
