Ingredients to make lasagna stuffed to the Neapolitan with sauce:
2. Add the carrot and onion and saute them 10 to 12 minutes, until they soften.
3. We incorporate the minced meat into the vegetable mixture and sprinkle with salt.

5. Add the puree of tomatoes and wine.
